Yesterday, the Lord gave us a beautiful , blue sky, 82 degrees, Sunday. :) After church, we quickly set up lunch outside on the picnic table. It was so wonderful to be able to spend the day outside, in the middle of January.
Lunch was a yummy mixed green salad, with ranch dressing and left over 8 Bean Chili over baked potatoes. You can find the recipe at Chef Jessica Bright. Just click on recipes and scroll down to the 8 Bean Chili.
I have to warn you about this chili. It makes A LOT. That could be a problem if you have six people in your family and four refuse to eat chili. That is a lot of chili leftovers for two people, even if you freeze most of it.
